2 Hour Rental: $250
4 Hour Rental: $350

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
48 Hour cancellation Policy

Pontoon Renters must be 21+, no exceptions.

All Pontoons hold a maximum of 10 people, no exceptions. (2000lb maximum)

Mac's haș the right to assign pontoons, customers cannot reserve specific pontoon boats.

48-hour cancellation policy. Absolutely no refunds after 48 hours prior to rental time. Call in advance and let us know if you cannot make the reservation in order for another family to take your spot.

No "rain checks" will be given, in inclement weather, Once the boat has gone out.

Reservations should be made at least a week in advance to ensure the time slot or day you want. However, we take reservations up to the day.

Rowboat renters must be at least 18+, no exceptions.

No horseplay is tolerated on any rentals.

For Pontoon Rentals:
-
A $200 deposit will be charged at the start of your rental and held for the duration of the rental. Assuming no damage to the entire craft, that charge will be reversed at the end of the rental. Deposits must be taken on a credit card only; no cash deposits.

The customer's $500 deposit will automatically be charged in the event of lower unit lock up and any other lower unit damage, no exceptions.

The customer's $200 deposit will be kept in the event of: any extent of propeller damage during the rental, or if seats are damaged in any way during the rental (i.e., burns, tears, rips, stains, etc.) no exceptions.

No grilling on rentals.

No tubing or towing from any rentals.

$200 Damage Deposit will be charged for each occurrence of:

Prop Damage.

Cosmetic Boat Damage.

Exceeding 10 Person Maximum.
$500 Damage Deposit will be charged for:

LOWER UNIT LOCKED UP and/or DAMAGED

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Passengers must remain inside the boat while the boat is in motion.

No standing outside the fence while the boat is underway.

Children 7 and under MUST always wear a life jacket.
Renter assumes ownership and responsibility for watercraft during the entire duration of rental period.
