Hello Sam and Spencer,


I want to thank you and everyone there at Sam's for all of your help.

In particular, I want to thank Spencer, who time and again has been so very helpful.  He is great to work with and always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and creative.  As he can attest, I have been a problematic customer, with it being my first year of boat ownership.  I would literally be out on the lake without a paddle if it wasn't for his great helping attitude.  He has also been very helpful with me as I shopped in the store, taking the time to explain options and provide solutions.
